I was a former ICT Tracker Plus sales rep and sold and installed hundreds of Tracker Plus dealers. Along with installation and training, I also programmed hundreds of forms and contracts for use in Tracker and performed network setup for many dealers.

After leaving ICT, many of the dealers I had setup with Tracker Plus continued their relationship with me to provide support, forms and contract programming, and network assistance. This continued through Tracker Suite and the subsequent end of all official Tracker support.

I recently realized there were hundreds of used car dealers still using Tracker Suite, and even some using Tracker Plus, that needed support. They needed new forms and contracts programmed. They needed database errors corrected. They needed assistance with the Okidata 320 printers.

Tracker Suite and Tracker Plus are still excellent programs. They provide all the functions necessary for many used car dealers. Many dealers do not want to change. The only thing lacking is support.
